A stylist approached me with a concept for a project that I’ve shot many times when I was starting out as a photographer but was never able to produce something I was proud of. Combining our strengths, we were able to tell a fashion-forward story of feeling trapped in one’s own cycle of rumination and how big the challenge of being free can be. And sometimes, even when you are free, the foundation of that rumination never leaves you.
